If God were made of sperm,

my flesh would be in undersized coffins,

with my neck bent just after a depressive siesta,

and my soul never resting,

an akudaaya I would have been,

born in a family of poor passion, I stretch...

loved more by strangers, I call mentors.

Well... God is not born by sperm,

I see Him in me,

taking me high higher, up upper, above and above

in His Grace, I hope the best.

The poet persona jubilates that God is not born by men. If God was a fleshy creature, the speaker would have been an akudaaya (wandering dead). The speaker receives no love from the immediate family; yet enjoys love from strangers.
