ODE: "AFRICAN TEACHER" BY SAGEBOY ABDULAI FAHBUNDEH.

Black teacher, African teacher
swamped with riches, values, and calibration.

In your symbolic shadow — true potentials we have craved.

Our characters, futures, and dreams, all shaped by the frame of your sagacity.

Today goes wide and far, your voice, mission, and vision.

We have come around you, waiting and seeking the knowledge that gears.

Ooo you African teacher
sharp, smart, graceful gem,
glorious sculpture of hopes that gleams
and dreams that soar.

Words shaping up hearts and brains that see with smart eyes,
hear with attentive ears, and yield the reality.

Your being around sounds truth, resounding!

Ringing stin stin chun chan chan, your solemn voice is the spiritual power of the universe.

African teacher, dark soul,
seer that says lies not.

The world’s destiny in your hands lies,
lying in the words that impact, and mind that educates.

Clusters are lessons under the frame of your head.

Delight of the mind; with wisdom and courage you pour forth the truth.

African teacher, reservoir of wisdom!

I stamp the beauty of your work,
the one that I take to heart, whole heartedly.

The work that gears, shape, and teaches great minds to grow.

Forever I disbelieve not your sayings;
until the Crown clashes me to let fresh feed on fresh.
