DIDACTIC: "EDEN MADE OF NAMES" BY SOMDATTA MITRA
Sinking deep into a utopia,
A dream to live in a paradise of hope and humanity.
Where no challenges grip the soul,
Lamps of righteousness illuminate every mind.
Fair justice is done to all the good,
And cooperation aligns the hands of friendly ties.
There is no doubt of unfair treatment,
Liberty is not taken as advantage over freedom.
The songs of love define its real existence,
In the melodies of merriment every heart is a tuned bell.
Effulgence is sewn into every threshold,
Fountains glorify that vivid cheer that soothes and asks nothing back.
In every single phenomenal change, life receives its divinity,
Birds sing, fireplace forgives the cold.
A healing touch to every emotion justifies a complete peace paradise,
Music is the language of love and spiritual belonging.
Holding each other to its deep denouement,
We wake and still choose to stay dreaming.
Filling the buckets of life with empty hands and the will to hold again,
We cherish an Eden made of each other's name.
