PROTEST POEM: "AFRICA MUST END TERRORISM" BY BISHOP PETERSON
From the hills of my country, Sierra Leone
I hear the killing of innocent people;
I am told that mothers,
Who love their sons and daughters,
Shed tears, as they, sitting close
Watch their sons die
In cold blood death:
Thus, today is the time
To share words of wisdom to Nigeria
To H.E Tinubu and cohorts
To every African watching Nigeria;
Africa is vamped and frosty with your killing,
Stop it now!
Nigeria, stop terrorism's brutal grip now
Religion isn't excuse for killing souls
Senseless violence shatters lives and peace
Hundreds killed in God's name, wrong
Rise up, Africa, condemn these acts
Terrorism brings only darkness and despair
Stop the bloodshed, let love guide
Rise, Nigeria, protect your citizens' lives
Terrorism spares no one, brings ruin
Allah wouldn't approve of senseless killing
Qur'an preaches peace, mercy, kindness
Stop using faith as shield for hate
Condemn violence, promote humanity's cause
Let compassion guide your actions now
South Sudan, Mali, Somalia, stop madness
Burkina Faso, CAR, DRC, join forces
Terrorism brings only ruin and grief
Protect civilians, let humanitarian aid flow
Africa's future is at stake, stand united
Condemn violence, promote peace and justice
Let Africa rise, strong and proud
Tinubu, wake up, lead Nigeria
Stop doom, promote peace, justice, love
You're smart, don't let terrorism fool you
Use power to protect lives, bring peace
Nigeria's future is at stake, act now
Rise to challenge, be the change
Let peace and justice reign supreme
Mothers weep, children suffer, lives torn
Terrorism brings only darkness, no peace
Stop killing, stop hate, let love create
Africa's strength lies in unity, peace
Let's stand together, united, strong
Protect human rights, promote peace
Let Africa shine, beacon of hope
See mother holding child, cold blood
Terrorism's toll, lives lost, future uncertain
Stop madness, stop hate, let love revive
Africa's call, rise up, let peace thrive
Protect civilians, promote peace, justice
Tinubu, act now, be the leader
Let Africa rise, united, strong
Africa, rise, let love, peace reign
Stop terrorism, promote humanity's cause
United we stand, strong and brave
Protect lives, promote peace, justice
Condemn violence, promote love, peace
Let's stand together, Africa's future bright
Let Africa shine, beacon of hope
