APOSTROPHIC: "A LETTER TO ALL POETS AND POETESSES" BY MYLISTIC MYLES
Dear fellow comrades,
I hold my pen at a slanting angle,
An angle that will leave my words slanting,
Giving a permanent mark,
A mark that will always enrich you in your journey!
This journey is as bumpy as a tuktuk ride,
Though uncomfortable, your destination you'll reach,
Never tire along the way,
Your victory might be centimeters away,
Keep on pushing!
Connect your pen to heart,
Tube it to your veins,
Let there be spillage of ink,
As your pen to inspire,
Impress the audience as you deliver the message.
Let your roots grow deep,
A master mind on your art you're,
Plagiarism is real,
Let it not shatter you,
Take it as a challenge and await your trophy.
