THE APPLE- BY OJIJI
`When gods collide, will they become friends someday?`
`A world where Satan's worshiped, and God's followers are pagans in another's eyes, is this it, when two elephants fight?`
`The skies of differing beliefs, often cloudy and unclear,`
`Perhaps when they clear, the world will be free from dualistic fears.`
`Who taught you that darkness is to be feared, yet you shut your eyes at night?`
`Who showed you to cherish life and fear death, to hug the moon and shun the sun's bite?`
`We cling to youth and fear the old, craving heaven, to hell with hell!`
`Yet, even the devil was once an angel, and sometimes there's too much good in bad, as there is in good.`
`Gods are labeled evil, but which one are we serving, truly?` `Are atheist wrong?`
`When our deities are preached as dirty, our languages local, our colors black, associated with devils.`
`Our names lack weight, our clothes for special days, while theirs are celebrated every day.`
`We close doors to our gods and open them to foreign ones, forgetting our fertile land's wealth.`
`We're bound by "do this, don't do that," yet the greatest gain lies in the "don't."We grow old to be wise, but wisdom often comes from questioning what's been taught.`
`Sometimes forbidden fruit tastes the sweetest, and it's forbidden for a reason, we'll find our true selves, if we're truly finding our true selves.`
