Qura'n 30:41, Qur'an 57:20, Qur'an 3:14 are direct expressions on the ephemeral of life and   a full recourse to understand its futility. It is most essential to thread cautiously to have seamless sails across life even though human is but a subject of eventualities. 

All praise is due to Allah, the Most Beneficent. Unquantifiable blessing is due to the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) and the entire believers till eternity. The first Ayah bears relevance on catastrophic situation of life in general and specifically individual's dispositions towards its routine activities. To the Linguists, the fragile life portends 'what is not comprehended in all ramifications.' Its non-endured pleasure indicates no constant situation as the moment of ease is soon succeeded by possible difficulty. A moment of abundance inter-twins with moments of deprivation. All is a test of faith to achieve closeness to perfection.

The above premise is cemented by the picture painted in Qur'an 57:20 where similitude is made between whole life expedience and a meadow garden with blossom entreaties. It sooner assumes yellow colour an indication to its eventual end and consequential demise.

The third Ayah (Qur'an 3:14) gives feellable indexes of worthy living and of course, monumental glory of life of a man. In its mention, a life worthy living is the one accompanied with attraction to opposite gender for the purpose of procreation. Having desire for children is a means of replicating oneself and the progeny. Treasures of wealth in its variety sustains and supports life to attain the glory of living. Settlement of jealous and enviable ride capable of swift communication with families and relatives is coupled with rewarding (of course tap) business capable of turning in sustainable cash flow necessary for life; are all but ingredients of good living. 

It is above all these that fervent warning is given regarding inordinate enthusiasm towards them all for Allah's sustenance is of preference. Granted that part of what makes him impacted on the world is good living devoid of awful characters.

To be more alive in this respect, Lagos Cosmopolis witnessed the occasion of an unequal influential whose spectacular influence berate that of contemporaries. 'Darosha' would ring bell whenever Lagos and Yorubaland rich men are catalogued. Despite his popularity, his glory bacame a thing of the past. Another recent past is Chief M. K. O Abiola. Having obtained over one hundred titles nation-wide does not perpetuate his memory beyond necessary. 

However, taking life simple is the ultimate. The noble Messenger Muhammad (SAW) exhorted that: 'Live in the world like a stranger or a wayfarer'. It is to this end that He made comparative analysis of five main things as against five things in life. Human loves life to deride hereafter. They love accumulating wealth but forget accountability. They love living in castle but forget grave. They love creatures to despise the Creator. They cherish commiting sin but forget  seeking forgiveness.

The much talked-about bi-pollar three special areas of injunction and areas of discouragement. Kindness, goodness and giving to the kindreds. It abhorred lewdness, wickedness and oppression; such are admonitions for people to take heed. It is to this end that Muslims are enjoined to keep track at all time. 

Most essentially, playing down on discrimination against one another is encouraged. Much of attraction to glory as in contra-distinction to valour is a leverage. Taking everything easy and simple is the rule of life.
