LET US TALK ABOUT ISLAM- BY AP ISLAM FOR PEACE.

What is Islam? Have you done an enquiry about why you have been created, why everyone including you and I, must die and what will actually happen to us after death? Is there hereafter, is there Paradise and Hell?

All these above questions ought to be answered by every individual whose faculty of reasoning is still intact.

Islam means, to submit to the Creator's commandments. Therefore, all our activities will be guided by God's order. Our desires must be under the wishes and orders of God. If God ask us to do something, we must do it and if He prohibited something for us, we must never come close it. That is the meaning of Islam. So whoever is obeying these commandments of God is called a Muslim. Therefore, Islam is for all who believe in the Creator and understand the essence of his or her sojourn on Earth.

 Q16: 125

ادْعُ إِلَىٰ سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ وَجَادِلْهُم بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ

Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious... (Neither with hatred, insult nor blind argument).

وَاعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَلَا تُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا وَبِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْجَارِ ذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْجَارِ الْجُنُبِ وَالصَّاحِبِ بِالْجَنبِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا

Serve Allah, and join not any partners with Him; and do good- to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, those in need, neighbours who are near, neighbours who are strangers, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (ye meet), and what your right hands possess: For Allah loveth not the arrogant, the vainglorious;...Q4:36.

No divine book contradicted the above Quranic assertion (submitting to God is the only means of salvation ). Let check what the Bible has to say on this;

DUET 10:12-13

 “And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, 13 and to keep the commandments and statutes of the Lord, which I command you this day for your good

JOB 22 : 21-22

Agree with God, and be at peace;

    thereby good will come to you.

22 Receive instruction (commandments) from his mouth,

    and lay up his words (divine laws contained in the scripture) in your heart.

Math19:16-17

 And behold, one came up to him, saying, "Good Teacher", what good deed must I do, to have eternal life?”  And he said to him, “Why do you call me good? None is good except One, that is God. If you would enter life, keep the commandments (practice Islam).”

Math7:21-23

“Not every one who says to me, ‘Lord (teacher, master), Lord (teacher, master) ,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.  On that day (Judgement Day) many will say to me, ‘Lord (teacher, master) Lord (teacher, Master), did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you evildoers (because they rejected God's commandments I.e they don't practice Islam).

Finally in Qur'an Q3: 85, God says; 

وَمَن يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good).

Therefore, let study Islam and not just those claiming to be practicing the religion - The Muslims, for they may not be perfect as human.
