'POOR BUT EXTRAVAGANT' BY BRIGHT HABEEB.

Did you know that extravagance is not a word that is solely and only meant for the rich? Analyzing this word which is synonymous to wastefulness, prodigality, lavishness and oppression. All these can be done by the poor also, though the rich can do it more easily. 

But In essence, extravagance does not mean looking good and dandy it does not mean wearing highly expensive adornment. It is not equal to having the deluxe Model of a conveyance.

 Having all these when you actually need them very less is the problem. When something becomes a necessity, when it's the specific quality of luxury that fit your personality,  it's not lavishness for you to get it,  it's has become a necessity. 

If those who have a little knowledge address extravagance wrongly with ignorance, just don't mind them,  you can try to educate them if they will listen. 

You may spend a thousand Naira in a wasteful manner and have become extravagant and someone else spent 10 million Hairs correctly and was not extravagant.

So, get it straight and correct that extravagance is wastefullness, not wealthiness or owning the possession of wealth.
