Romancism(Diatribe) ' LETTER TO YOU, FUTURE HUSBAND '
Dear future husband,
I believe you are somewhere,
on the planet earth.
I have searched nooks and crannies for you,
I have more than enough
for you
despite the fact that you never came through,
all the time I was beaten and thrown by wrong hands.
All the time my face grew pale and grey,
All the time I was promised and failed.
All the emotional traumas.
All the times I was buried alive.
All the times I wished I was treated special and fine.
All the times my hands got burnt and my heart also.
All the times I wished to smile but I cry.
I scrutinized the many faces,
thinking I'll find you.
I sold love to wrong hands
and I'm tired of that.
I don't know whom you are,
or where you are,
but with the hopes that I'll see you someday
because you alone
can raise me from the moulds,
you alone will see through my eyes and understand what it means.
You alone will treat me special and affectionately.
You alone will cherish me truly.
You alone will love me genuinely.
Your actions and words will be real.
You'll see beyond my imperfections and still hold me tight.
You alone will rescue me
when I'm endangered .
In you arms alone
will I lay in comfort.
In your life alone will I find true happiness and joy,
in your dreams will I speak and
you'll listen to my
voice.
You alone will kiss my lips
and everything'll become new.
In your heart will I find
sweet home,
and every blissful moment we share
will be in photos.
Dear future husband,
you are a voice amongst a thousand.
I know the day you'll find me,
my life will be complete.
my heart will form it's shape.
Things won't remain the same.
My ribs bends,
maybe because I don't have yours yet.
My heart hurts,
it needs yours to heal,
my eyes brims of tears,
hoping you'll someday wipe it.
My mind is burdened,
waiting for you to eradicate it.
Here in a dark cave,
I sit waiting for you to make me beautiful again,
to make me smile again,
to restore my happiness,
to renew my strength,
to make me forget my pain,
and make me laugh again.
An angel so true...
Awaits you!
Much love from your future.
