Duet :Lorette (Jeremiad) ' WHERE IS GOD? '
Minister:
Nigeria, can you ever know peace?
Can anything good come out from you?
Out of your tribalism,
out of your religious lines,
out of your quest for power and supremacy,
you plunged thee into an endless war.
Frost:
six men knees in front of open grenade,
children forced to join the rebellious parade,
our fathers had been shot in our own eyes.
The reality is so agonizing, and they wish it was all lies,
mothers and sisters throw flames alive
while their sons have to kill to survive.
Minister:
The poor are dying at the detriment of the rich,
who sits on the safest heaven and give command.
Our water has turn blood,
the only song we hear is the song of the guns,
brother betrays his brother just to survive,
we have all lost our dear ones at the battlefield.
Minister:
Children are the commanders,
the guns our chewing sticks,
bullets our best friends.
The moonlight songs are the sound of the artillery,
we sleep besides the corpses and never feel the pains,
killings has become a norm, which must be done.
Frost:
The greatest pain has been felt already...
It's worse than hell with no remedy...
Mutilated bodies all over the ground...
With endless gunshots firing in countless rounds...
We are the good gods that we hear in stories...
Please let them come quickly before death covers our worries....
And in the final hour, we beseech that the gods hears our cry....
Let the Oracle of ages testifies that we tried...

Ogbo Minister Prosper...
