PANEGYRIC: "I HAVE A DREAM!" BY ZEPHNATH JUDE.

I have a dream, beyond today's beam,
Where Oko shall rise on wisdom's stream.
No longer a polytechnic known by name,
But a Federal University of Technology crowned in fame.

I have a dream and the bells shall ring,
As innovation spreads her mighty wing.
Through resilient excellence, steady and true,
Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie shall renew.

Nwanyi K'Ibe Ya Global, bold and bright,
Turning challenges into pathways of light.
Her footprints echo through every hall,
A visionary answering destiny's call.

May the Federal Government hear this cry,
And lift Oko's banner proud and high.
For when great leaders faithfully sow,
Great institutions inevitably grow.

I have a dream, and I see it clear,
A technological giant drawing the world near.
And history shall write, with honor aglow:
"She helped transform Federal Polytechnic Oko."
