Don't speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. Your body doesn't know the difference. Words are energy and cast spells, that's why its called spelling. Change the way you speak about yourself and you can change your life. What you're not changing, you're also choosing. 

Not everyone will celebrate your evolution, transformation and growth. That's why you have to prioritize yourself and you'll loose 90% of your "friends" No people-pleasing. You're doing this for yourself. You don't need anyone's validation.And just know You don't have as many friends as you believe.

A good way to change someone’s attitude is to change your own. Because, the same sun that melts butter, also hardens clay!

Don't change because of criticism,change because you are convinced that change is the best thing to do at that point. Afterall Negatve change is a change too. Most people criticize you out of the abundance of their ignorance and wealth of stupidity.Try to be a person of volition and not unstable air balloon.

They sometimes frighten you by telling you the greatest challenges in the task because they do not want you to succeed. Who says all things are easy? Don't run away! Don't be afraid to become great! Let's strive, focus, pray and trust in God.......

Be mindful of laughing at or mocking others. Perhaps God might overlook their ignorance and punish your arrogance. Who says you are flawless? Don't be cruel or crude!.....

Faith is powerful. When you're able to accept everything that happens to you as part of God's plans, you're on the road of something greater, Remember, one day, all the price of puzzle will fit and you'll be so pleased that you remain patient right till the end!....

Don't give up! You don't know perhaps this trial is the last to befall you before God bring you comfort. Don't worry. If you have been patient. Put up more! Patience is never too much. Be hopeful and prayerful! You're nearer to the promised land......

Don't put yourself into things you'll regret later. You still have a choice before things get out of hand. Choose patience everyday and Evey single moment! Never will patience cause you any damage.its a better option at all times...

Let's rebuild our relationship by stepping away from putting too much attention on something else that might not promote peace. Argument,abuse, nagging, etc are things we should ZERO our mind from. This way, we will achieve comfort and peace co-existence ...
