SEQUEL TO AJAKAYE'S "DEAR SINGLE LADIES"- BY SAMPSON UGUEKIE NKWETATANG

It is said in Latin that "Corruptio optimi pessima", which means "It is the worst that destroys the best." 

Women are the ones who destroy themselves. I have seen determined single ladies who were bent on setting their goals and realizing them without bothering themselves about marriage.

But they fell halfway because they were tempted by the sophisticated white marriages of their very friends, classmates and colleagues.

There is no language which all women understand other than the language of "Competition". It is their nature. 

No woman is happy being single and seeing her friends, classmates and colleagues married. Even if they are happy, it is just temporal. That their diabolic nature of competition keeps on harrying their hearts to always be hoping to get married one day, even at the age of one hundred years. 

It has taken me decades to look for a single lady with whom we will be intimidate friends. I have not found just one. As soon as we start, the instinct of marriage immediately starts descending on her like precipitation rainfall. Then, I escape with my beloved bachelor's life. Hahahaha !!
