(She is obviously marrying into a more wealthy home).

Eve scratches head and suddenly smiles, uhmmm 

Congratulations once more, dear. I'm so happy for you ! (She said even tho she was not genuinely happy about Ada's marriage)

I don't know if you heard me earlier, don't you think it's stressful doing all these all by yourself. Eve stares at the makeup kits that lined up on the wooden mirror table in the room.

Ada opens her brown  powder and swirls a fluffy brush in the powder, taps off the excess, and applies in a light circular motion.
