HOW I MET SEUN KELANI- BY SUNDAY ZIM
It's amazing how life can come full circle. My fiancé , Seun, and I have known each other since our school days. We weren’t much of acquaintance, cos our paths didn't cross often. After completing our compulsory National Youth Service, we went our separate ways, chasing our individual dreams.
As I navigated the ups and downs of life, I began to feel a void in my heart. I yearned for a meaningful relationship, one built on love, trust, and mutual respect. I started praying, asking God to guide me toward the right person.
One day, while scrolling through Facebook, I stumbled upon Seun's profile picture. It was as if time stood still. I remembered her from school, but there was something different about her now. Her smile radiated warmth, and her eyes sparkled with kindness.
I mustered the courage to send her a message. We started chatting, and our conversation flowed effortlessly. We talked about our shared experiences, our passions, and our dreams. With each passing message, I felt an inexplicable connection growing between us.
As we continued to chat, I realized that Seun was not only an old acquaintance but also an amazing person. Her kindness, empathy, and beauty captivated me. I knew I wanted to spend more time with her, to get to know her better.
Our online conversations eventually led to phone calls, and soon we decided to meet in person. Our first meeting was like a dream come true. We laughed, talked, and shared stories, feeling an undeniable chemistry between us.
Fast-forward to today, and I can confidently say that Seun is the love of my life. We've been courting for five months now, and every day has been a blessing. She's an incredible partner, supporting me through life's ups and downs.
I continue to pray for our relationship, asking God to bless our union and guide us toward a future filled with love, joy, and happiness. I'm grateful for that Facebook message, which sparked a chain of events that led me to Seun.
In retrospect, I realize that our meeting was not a coincidence but a divine appointment. I'm thankful for the journey that brought us together and excited to see what the future holds for us.
Thank you for being a bystander Seun.
I will forever love and cherish you
