PAEAN: "WHAT I HAVE BECOME" BY AJAKAYE STRIDA
I have become the skies' colour,
the salvation for lamentations.
I have become a pleasurable presence,
a swing of smiles.
I have become a well-nurtured Emperor,
a Queen as the Crown itself.
I have become more of a remedy,
salt to the thorns of tastelessness.
I have become a white charcoal,
a woman that greatness sits with.
I have become a fulfilled motion,
one that satisfies what fruitfulness entails.
I have become a glad spell,
a magnetic force that fulfilment surrounds.
I have become a worthy wind,
a life no one can proudly predict.
I have become an angelic thunder,
a world thousands of me understand.
I have become...by God's Grace!
