Before you divorce each other!

Think of the pool of suicidal dilemma 

which the child is dragged into.

Think of the broken mind of your child,

the thickened trauma that spurs out from this child,

against romantic affections.

Before you divorce each other!

Remember the poisoning and deadly fingers of the streets,

those that live-up on the weak hearts of youths.

Think of your child in a circle of choicelessness,

unable to reject clusters of "painful assistance", 

for the home itself is burnt by intolerance.

Before you divorce each other!

Think of the respective functions

of your "bolt" and your wife's "nut",

towards the professional and psychological balance of your child.

Imagine your child on the parent-caused battle of ambition,

crying half a cup before drinking a cup of water.

Before you divorce each other!

Imagine this child as alone as a humane desert tortoise,

walking and working-up goals in a nomadic style.

Getting tired of slowed prosperities,

getting irritated by short-lived promises,

...you divorce each other, think of the speaker.

The poet persona laments the negative outcomes that befalls a child from a divorced home. Thus, advising parents to think of these negativities before they get separated. If not for anything, parents should hold on to peaceful terms because of their offsprings.
