IS OSHOLE FRAUD?- BY BRIGHT HABEEB

It's supposed to be funny, but I won't find it like that. Sincerely I got stuck thinking about how to react to this. 

First, for the sake of clarity, 'Oshole' is a deep-rooted Yoruba word affiliated with ritualism, blood money; generally the use of fetish materials to invoke demons and spirits for wealth and sustenance. The Paranormal activity requires stone-heartedness, cruelty, wickedness and zero feelings for the other man. A human's life or body part can be fine as part of the requirements to complete the sacrifice to the devil who brings them the money.  It's  'ememe ego' in igbo and 'kudi ibada' in Hausa language.

In all 'Oshole' is obviously filthy but Should EFCC be concerned about it when it's not fraud? 

I ask why it isn't fraud? How! I think if we're not proud to answer why it is not fraud,  definitely it's worse than fraud.
