We wear clothes to cover our body not just to dress. This is why if your clothes have not covered the necessary parts of your body,  you haven't dressed well. 

You wouldn't have covered very well if what you covered is readable enough to trigger who shouldn't be. On the other side, If you also get amused, enchanted, or aroused by what's not yours, you haven't dressed your gazes well too. 

This is where our tight-fitting clothes failed 

Let's cover ourselves well, to dress well.
