APPROCHES TO BREAK YOUR FAST- BY DR. TIJANI

-dates
-water
-fruits (non-acidic) and vegetable salads or smoothies 
-fresh yogurt 
- examples of safe fruits for breaking fast:
-Banana
-Watermelon
-Pawpaw
-Mango.

5 things you should not break your fast with:

-citrus fruits/juice (orange, tangerine, grape)
-other acidic fruits (pineapple, strawberry, agbalumo) 
-fried foods (fried meats, samosa, puff-puff)
-fizzy drinks (includes malt drinks) 
-peppery foods

PS: You may have these after eating something more gentle on your stomach. 

PS: Avoid apples if you're an ulcer patient or add some slices to your yogurt parfait...
