Keep your intentions and ideas flexible not rigid.  You won't be correct all the time, understand that your personal knowledge is not enough for you. If you're not prepared to take corrections, you may never see beyond your thoughts and you may never improve beyond your current level. We take corrections only to upgrade our knowledge, remember that! 

The description of knowledge is like a limitless ocean, which its length, width and height cannot be defined due to its vastness; the area, volume and size of the wealth called knowledge cannot be contained totally by a single man, this is the reason why no one is an island of knowledge is a correct statement.  The wise people often say that the capacity of a man's knowledge is nothing  more than a pin edge droplet of water compared to the enormousness of knowledge itself 

The way you think, the perspective with which you will see things and the precision of your decision depends on so many factors, starting from your experience, exposure, emotions, expertise and all kinds of knowledge you have had. Sometimes you only need a little bit of exposure to see the real color of something,  you may require more experience to make correct predictions or you just need to improve your emotions to discover what you see nothing wrong with as totally wrong.

No man is perfect, you can only be better by taking corrections from what's more correct than yours. Be smart enough to know what is correct and strong enough to make your corrections. That is the perpetual habit of the truly knowledgeable ones.
