'WHEN TEAMWORK BECOMES NEGATIVE' BY BRIGHT HABEEB.

It is not bad to be singular when the others seem poisonous. This is not out of pride or arrogance,  it's a strict struggle for survival.

 It is easier for a bad egg to corrupt a good one than the good one to correct the bad. It's much more healthy to consume few good fried eggs than the combination of good and bad ones in a large quantity. Believe me! A single good head will outwrestle a group of inconsistent heads. 

Working as a system is undisputedly the best way to achieve, but this teamwork may not work when few members of the system are already contaminated. How enjoyable is a sumptuous and aromatic dish of beans with few sand and stones on every bite. 

In essence, If the goal can be achieved singularly don't be deceived by "teamwork is best" when the team is not even teamed on the correct course. If you must be in a team ensure it's a good one or else, it is better for you to be your own.
