Horatian Alger ' HAJJ (THE JOURNEY ) '

For once in their breathe,
let them behold the last tower
if they have the chance.

Let them darken the sacred abode
of who is above par,
in white soul
for they shall be inclined
to the life of the hereafter
Rather than the material pleasure of the world.

Let them come in white simulacrum,
in body guest,
they shall return with no strings of sins
as they were birthed.

Let them come,
in sheer white souls and acts,
all smear of blackness shall find no way to their face.

As the blacksmith bellows removes all stains from metals
shall they be.

The lord shall host them,
they are Allah's guest.

If his desire were to be acquired,
not a castle in the air,
around the sacred temple,
Then:

he should be of age,
he should be in Animal Spirit,
he should be broke loose
and his shoulders to the wheels of the house.

We shall make them hover round the domicile of God,
like eagle hover round the aerial blue,
peeking at baby chicken.

We shall make them repeat their feet,
on the soil of hills and valleys,
to commemorate the walk of
Hagar and Ishmael
Seven times.

On the 8th of Dhul hijjah
till sun rise in the 9th of Dhul hijjah,
His guest shall proceed in Ihram
to murmur prayers at Mina.
Instantly after sun rise on the 9th day,
they shall leave for Arafat
by the path of Dhabb,
uttering takbirs
in whiteness till sun set.

When he tried to whisper in his soul, a twisting thoughts,
we commanded him to
pick pebbles in pea size, seven,
threw it at the devil
and he sunk into the soil,
three times at Aqrabah and Jamarah.

O ye who believe !
When his eyes were brimming the tears of a seed,
his farm were barren.

At the brink of death,
we gave him in covenant
as sacrificial lamb.

With firm faith,
in doldrums,
He gave up his only heir.

We replaced it with a big ram
then ' ILEYA ' in bliss.
